Common Lexington Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
A 25-passenger party bus rolling through downtown Lexington or out to the Distillery District typically comes with wraparound perimeter seating, a full-length bar setup, Bluetooth sound, color-shifting LED lighting, and flat-panel TVs — the party starts the moment the group loads up. A minibus is the smarter call for wedding guest shuttles between hotels on Nicholasville Road and a ceremony venue in the Bluegrass countryside, offering reclining seats and climate control without the square footage you don't need. Full-size charter buses bring undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms for longer hauls — Cincinnati, Louisville, or a multi-stop bourbon trail itinerary where pit stops are better skipped.
Amenities vary by vehicle, so use the form or call to filter exactly what your trip needs.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats

Lexington Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
Lexington party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, the day of the week, and how many hours you need. As a planning reference: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends; a 30-passenger party bus lands around $300–$375 weekday and $325–$425 weekend; a charter bus typically runs $200–$350 per hour regardless of day. A minibus is often the most efficient pick for smaller corporate or wedding groups, ranging from $200–$250 per hour on weekdays.
Those are planning ranges — actual pricing shifts with your date, your itinerary length, and demand on that specific weekend. Kentucky Derby week, SEC football Saturdays at Kroger Field, and prom season in late April all push rates up and availability down fast. A quote for your exact trip takes about a minute: use the online form or call 865-999-9530.

Compare Prices on Lexington Party Buses
Knoxvillepartybuscompany.com is not a local bus company — and that is genuinely good news for you. Comparing pricing and vehicle types from many transportation providers serving Lexington side by side means far more vehicle types, more size options, and more pricing to compare than any one company can offer on its own. One form, one call, all the options — instead of five calls and five different quote formats you can't actually compare.
The comparison happens in seconds. You enter your trip details, you see what's available on your date, you find what fits your group and your budget. There's no pressure to commit on the spot, no account to create, and help is available by phone at 865-999-9530 every single day to sort through vehicle options, talk through your itinerary, or put together a custom package.
Whether it's a 14-person Sprinter limo for a bachelorette night on Jefferson Street or a fleet of charter buses for a corporate event at the Lexington Convention Center, the right vehicle is out there — and this is the fastest way to find it. Party Bus Services in Lexington
From Bluegrass Downs to Blue Grass Airport, from Keeneland race days to late nights in the Distillery District, Lexington has a group transportation need for nearly every occasion. Knoxvillepartybuscompany.com covers all of them — airport transfers, wedding shuttles, concert transportation, corporate events, game day travel, bachelor and bachelorette trips, prom, field trips, and more. Call 865-999-9530 to get your group moving.

Lexington Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Blue Grass Airport (LEX) (4000 Terminal Dr, Lexington, KY 40510) is compact by major-city standards — which sounds like a convenience until your 22-person team lands on four different flights across a two-hour window and everyone needs to get downtown at the same time. Short-term parking at LEX fills fast during morning bank rushes and Keeneland weekends, and the cell phone lot on the north side of Terminal Drive is the designated commercial vehicle staging area. Have your group coordinator confirm that the full party — luggage and all — is assembled curbside before calling the vehicle over.
Rideshare surge pricing at LEX during Derby week (late April through early May) and Keeneland fall meet (October) can spike sharply, making a pre-arranged Lexington airport shuttle the more predictable call for larger groups. A minibus or charter bus out of LEX drops the whole party at one address instead of splitting into four separate rides. Call 865-999-9530 to set up your airport transfer.

Lexington Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Lexington's Jefferson Street bar corridor, the Distillery District breweries and cocktail bars, and the short hop out to a bourbon distillery make it one of the more natural bachelor and bachelorette cities in the region. The problem with doing any of it in separate cars is obvious the moment you try to park on Jefferson Street on a Saturday night — metered street parking turns over fast and the nearest garage on Short Street fills before 9pm. A Lexington bachelorette party bus puts the whole group in one vehicle from the first stop at West Sixth Brewing (501 W Sixth St, Lexington, KY 40508) through the Distillery District's bars and out to a late stop at one of the rooftop spots on Main Street, with no one splitting off to find their car.
A 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting and a built-in bar setup is the obvious fit here. Weekends book fast, especially in April and October around Keeneland. Call 865-999-9530 — the online quote takes about 30 seconds.

Lexington Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus entrance turns any birthday into something people actually remember. For Sweet 16 and quinceañera celebrations across Lexington — at venues like the Lexington Opera House, the Mane on Main event space, or private reception halls in Fayette County — the group arrival is half the occasion, and a Lexington birthday party bus makes it easy to pull that off without coordinating a 12-car caravan. An 18-passenger party bus or 20-passenger option works well for tighter friend groups; larger family celebrations with aunts, cousins, and the whole extended group can step up to a 40-passenger party bus with room to spread out.
Color-changing LED lighting and a sound system come standard on most party bus options, making the ride itself a part of the celebration. Check availability for your exact date at 865-999-9530.

Lexington Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Rupp Arena (430 W Vine St, Lexington, KY 40507) anchors the city's major concert and event calendar, drawing stadium-level touring acts to a 20,500-seat venue right in the middle of downtown Lexington. Parking immediately around Rupp is a patchwork of city-owned garages and surface lots — the Civic Center Garage off Limestone Street fills within the first hour before major shows, and post-concert pedestrian traffic backs up the entire Vine Street corridor. A Lexington concert bus rental skips the circling entirely: your group loads at the hotel or house, gets dropped at the venue entrance on West Vine, and the pickup window is set before the encore.
The Manchester Music Hall (899 Manchester St, Lexington, KY 40508) out in the Distillery District is a smaller, standing-room venue where street parking on Manchester Street and the surrounding blocks evaporates on sold-out nights. A party bus staged in that neighborhood handles stops at multiple Distillery District venues without your group hunting for spots between each one. Call 865-999-9530 for concert shuttle pricing.

Lexington Corporate Event Transportation
The Lexington Convention Center (430 W Vine St, Lexington, KY 40507) — attached directly to Rupp Arena — hosts major regional conferences, trade shows, and corporate gatherings year-round. Bus and charter vehicle drop-off uses the West Vine Street approach, with coach staging coordinated through the venue's event operations team for larger groups. For multi-hotel pickup circuits — the Hyatt Regency connected to the convention center, the Marriott on Vine, properties along Nicholasville Road — a minibus runs those loops more efficiently than a full 56-passenger coach and has better maneuverability on the downtown one-way grid.
For companies shuttling employees between offices on Newtown Pike or out toward Hamburg Pavilion and a downtown dinner, a charter bus consolidates the headcount into one predictable, on-time departure instead of a 20-car caravan. Lexington corporate shuttle pricing is available by calling 865-999-9530 — custom multi-day and multi-vehicle packages are available.

Lexington Private Event Transportation Services
Keeneland Race Course (4201 Versailles Rd, Lexington, KY 40510) hosts two of the most heavily attended events in Kentucky outside of the Derby itself: the April meet and the October meet. On Keeneland Fridays and Saturdays, Versailles Road backs up significantly in both directions as fans head for the track — general lots like The Hill and The Meadow are free, but the closer Green Lot paved parking requires an advance pass and sells out on big race days. A private charter bus or party bus loads at your hotel, apartment complex, or tailgate staging area and drops your group at Keeneland's designated bus arrival area — no one is circling for a spot or hiking from overflow.
Major equestrian competitions at the Kentucky Horse Park, fundraising galas at Keeneland, and private corporate hospitality events at horse farms throughout Fayette and Woodford counties all call for multi-vehicle coordination. Private Lexington charter bus packages for Keeneland and farm events are available — call 865-999-9530 early, because October meet dates book months ahead.

Lexington Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Lexington runs late April through May, and it is the single most compressed booking period of the year. Tates Creek High, Paul Laurence Dunbar, Lafayette, Bryan Station, and the rest of the Fayette County Public Schools system all hold formals within a narrow window — and the vehicles that were available in February are gone by late March. For prom: book in January or February. Waiting until April will cost significantly more or leave your group with nothing. A Lexington prom party bus is the move parents trust and the one students actually want — everyone gets there together, no one is navigating unfamiliar roads in formalwear, and the group is back home on the same schedule. Compare sizes and pricing now at 865-999-9530 before the window closes.

Lexington School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Moving a school group through Lexington without the headache of coordinating parent carpools and multiple pickup points is exactly what a Lexington school event bus rental is built for. The Kentucky Horse Park (4089 Iron Works Pkwy, Lexington, KY 40511) is one of the most popular regional field trip destinations in the state, sitting about 10 miles north of downtown Lexington off I-75 at Exit 120 — and with 1,200 acres on site, having a staged bus at the designated group arrival area near the main gate makes departure logistics far simpler than coordinating a parking lot full of parent vehicles. The Lexington Children's Theatre (418 W Short St, Lexington, KY 40507) and the University of Kentucky campus tour circuit are popular downtown destinations where short-term parking for a school bus-sized group is genuinely difficult.
A charter bus with overhead storage handles lunchboxes, backpacks, and presentation materials without the scramble. ADA-accessible vehicles are available — mention it when you request your quote at 865-999-9530.

Lexington Sporting Event Transportation
Kroger Field (1540 University Dr, Lexington, KY 40508) seats just over 61,000 for Kentucky Wildcats football, and on SEC home game Saturdays, the University Drive and Alumni Drive corridors surrounding the stadium are at a standstill well before kickoff. The stadium's official guidance routes oversized vehicles and charter buses to the designated bus parking area east of the stadium near the Nutter Field House on Joe B. Hall Avenue — a significantly longer walk from those lots than the general admission surface parking that fills first. A Lexington charter bus for a UK football game keeps your group together for the pregame, gets everyone to the stadium on one departure, and eliminates the "meet back at the car" text chain that never quite works.
For Lexington sporting event transportation to Rupp Arena Wildcats basketball — where garage parking on West Vine fills within blocks and rideshare pickup queues stretch onto Limestone after the final buzzer — a bus staged nearby handles the pickup without your group standing on a downtown corner for 40 minutes. Call 865-999-9530 for game day pricing.

Lexington Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Lexington's wedding venue landscape stretches from downtown ballrooms to bourbon distilleries and working horse farms in the surrounding countryside — and that geography is the first logistical problem a Lexington wedding shuttle bus solves. A ceremony at Ashford Acres Inn in Nicholasville or a reception at Talon Winery in Lexington puts guests on rural two-lane roads at night, in dress clothes, with no obvious Uber pickup at the end. A shuttle circuit between the hotel block and the venue takes that off the table entirely.
For wedding parties using downtown venues like the Lexington Opera House (401 W Short St, Lexington, KY 40507) or the Marriott Griffin Gate, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party on the wedding morning while a minibus runs the guest shuttle loop. Every pickup window, every departure time, all confirmed in advance. Call 865-999-9530 to build your wedding transportation timeline.

Lexington Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Move over, Napa Valley — Kentucky's bourbon trail and growing wine scene make for one of the most genuinely fun group day trips in the South, and the Lexington metro sits at the center of it. Talon Winery & Vineyards (7086 Tates Creek Rd, Lexington, KY 40515) offers tastings and a food menu about 15 minutes south of downtown on Tates Creek Road. Jean Farris Winery & Bistro (6825 Old Richmond Rd, Lexington, KY 40515) adds a full bistro menu alongside its wine program.
For bourbon, Woodford Reserve Distillery (7855 McCracken Pike, Versailles, KY 40383) in nearby Versailles runs tours and tastings about 25 minutes west of Lexington on US-60, and Buffalo Trace (113 Great Buffalo Trace, Frankfort, KY 40601) is about 45 minutes out toward Frankfort — far enough that you definitely want the bus waiting outside rather than trying to arrange rideshares from a rural distillery parking lot at dusk. A Lexington winery tour bus rental keeps the whole itinerary moving on your schedule. Get a quote at 865-999-9530.

Knoxvillepartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date and compare the options that fit your trip.
What is Knoxvillepartybuscompany.com?
Knoxvillepartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation. It lets you compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vehicles from transportation providers serving Lexington and the surrounding region — all in one place, without calling multiple companies separately.
Fill out the online form or call 865-999-9530 to see options for your date.
How does Knoxvillepartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup location, and destination — into the online quote form. In seconds, you'll see available vehicle types and pricing ranges from providers serving your area. You can compare options side by side without creating an account or committing to anything.
If you'd rather talk it through, call 865-999-9530 any day for help finding available vehicles and putting together a package that fits your itinerary.
How much does a party bus cost in Lexington?
Lexington party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, day of week, and how many hours you need. A 20-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$350/hour on weekdays and $275–$350/hour on weekends. A 40-passenger party bus runs about $300–$350 weekday and $325–$500 on weekends.
A charter bus typically ranges from $200–$350/hour. Those are planning figures — actual pricing moves with the date and demand. For your exact rate, call 865-999-9530 or use the online form.
Pricing for your specific trip takes about a minute to get.
When is the busiest time to rent a party bus in Lexington?
Keeneland's April meet (mid-April to early May) and October meet (early to mid-October) are the two busiest periods for bus rentals in Lexington — vehicles for race day Saturdays book weeks or months ahead, and rates reflect that demand. UK football home Saturdays (September through November) are a close second. Prom season (late April through May) locks up party buses across Fayette County fast.
If your date falls near any of these, book as early as possible. Call 865-999-9530 to check availability for your specific date.
Can a charter bus go to Keeneland Race Course?
Yes. Keeneland (4201 Versailles Rd, Lexington, KY 40510) accommodates charter buses and oversized vehicles, but approach logistics matter. Versailles Road (US-60) heading west from downtown Lexington sees significant congestion on stakes Saturdays, especially in the hour before first post.
Charter buses are directed to designated arrival areas separate from general admission passenger vehicles — confirm the current approach and staging instructions with Keeneland's group services team before your visit, as protocols can change by race meet. Booking your bus well ahead of a major Keeneland race day is strongly advised; the official Keeneland website posts race schedules and group information well in advance.
Can a party bus do multiple stops on a bourbon trail itinerary?
Yes, and it is genuinely the best way to run a bourbon trail day. Distilleries like Woodford Reserve in Versailles and Buffalo Trace in Frankfort are on rural roads where rideshare pickup at the end of a tour is unreliable — waits of 30–60 minutes are common after distillery closing hours. A party bus or charter bus stays with your group across all stops, keeps the itinerary on schedule, and handles the drive back to Lexington when the last tour wraps.
Multi-stop itineraries are easy to set up — call 865-999-9530 to put together your route and confirm timing.
What is the biggest party bus available in Lexington?
The largest party bus option available is a 50-passenger party bus, which runs roughly $300–$450/hour on weekdays and $325–$500/hour on weekends. For groups that exceed 50, a 56-passenger charter bus is the natural step up — it trades the party bus amenities (bar setup, LED lighting) for undercarriage storage, onboard restrooms, and reclining seats better suited to longer distances. Both are available to compare through the online form or by calling 865-999-9530.
How far in advance should I book?
For standard weekend events in Lexington, two to four weeks of lead time is workable outside of peak periods. For Keeneland race meets, UK football home games, Derby week, and prom season, book two to four months out — those dates draw serious demand and the best vehicles go first. The earlier you call to get started, the more options you have and the better the rate.
Call 865-999-9530 as soon as your headcount is set and your date is confirmed.
Popular Lexington Party Bus Destinations
Lexington has no shortage of destinations worth a group trip — from a 60,000-seat football stadium to working thoroughbred farms open for tours. The venues below come up again and again in Lexington group itineraries, and each one comes with its own specific parking and drop-off reality worth knowing before you arrive.

Keeneland Race Course
Keeneland Race Course (4201 Versailles Rd, Lexington, KY 40510) is the crown jewel of Lexington's event calendar — a National Historic Landmark racetrack that draws over 300,000 visitors across its two annual meets. The April meet runs approximately two weeks in mid-April, and the October meet runs two weeks in early-to-mid October. General parking at The Hill and The Meadow is free, while the paved Green Lot rows closer to the main entrance require an advance parking pass and sell out on stakes days.
Versailles Road (US-60) westbound from downtown Lexington is a genuine bottleneck on big race Saturdays. A charter bus loaded at your hotel drops your group at Keeneland's commercial arrival area and eliminates the parking-pass hunt and the traffic wait entirely — and it's waiting for you at the end of the day when the outbound Versailles Road crawl is at its worst. Check the official Keeneland website for race schedules and group access details.
Phone: 865-999-9530.

Rupp Arena
Rupp Arena (430 W Vine St, Lexington, KY 40507) seats 20,500 for University of Kentucky Wildcats basketball — one of the most consistently sold-out programs in college sports. It also hosts major concerts and touring events throughout the year. Downtown Lexington's parking supply around Rupp is largely garage-based: the Civic Center Garage, the Vine Center Garage, and surface lots off Limestone Street are the primary options, and rates typically run $10–$20 per event.
After a sold-out UK game or a major concert, West Vine Street between Limestone and Broadway backs up significantly with foot traffic and outbound vehicles simultaneously. A charter bus or minibus staged on a pre-arranged pickup block handles the post-game exit without your group standing in that mess. Bus and taxi drop-off coordinates with the arena's event operations team — confirm current commercial drop-off procedures at 865-999-9530 before your event date.

Kroger Field
Kroger Field (1540 University Dr, Lexington, KY 40508) holds 61,000-plus for UK Wildcats football and sits on the eastern edge of the University of Kentucky campus. On SEC home game Saturdays, University Drive and Cooper Drive are closed to through traffic in the hours around kickoff, funneling all vehicle movement onto a handful of surface roads. General parking across UK's campus runs $20–$40 for reserved game day lots — many of which sell out via season pass holders before single-game purchasers have access.
Charter buses and oversized vehicles park in designated areas east of the stadium near Joe B. Hall Avenue, a longer walk from the gate than most fans expect when they book those spaces. Your group rides in together, arrives at one point, and has a confirmed pickup plan for after the final whistle — no one is hiking from a remote lot in the dark. Get your UK game day quote at 865-999-9530.

Kentucky Horse Park
Kentucky Horse Park (4089 Iron Works Pkwy, Lexington, KY 40511) is a 1,200-acre working horse farm and museum complex about 10 miles north of downtown Lexington off I-75 at Exit 120. It hosts the Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event (formerly the Rolex Three-Day Event), the World's Championship Horse Show in August, and a steady calendar of equestrian competitions that draw visitors from across the country. General parking on site runs around $6 per vehicle — manageable for small groups, but 15 cars is a different calculation than one bus.
The group entrance and bus arrival area is off Iron Works Parkway, and the park's group services team coordinates large-party logistics in advance. For school field trips, corporate team-building events, and family reunion outings, a charter bus with overhead storage handles everything your group brings without the parking arithmetic. Admission pricing and event schedules are on the official Kentucky Horse Park website.
Phone: 865-999-9530.

The Distillery District
Lexington's Distillery District (around Manchester Street and Old Vine Street, Lexington, KY 40508) is the city's fastest-growing nightlife and entertainment corridor — a collection of converted industrial buildings now housing craft breweries, cocktail bars, event spaces, and restaurants anchored by West Sixth Brewing (501 W Sixth St), Ethereal Brewing (1224 Manchester St), and the Manchester Music Hall (899 Manchester St). Street parking along Manchester and the surrounding blocks is limited and heavily used on Friday and Saturday nights, with residential permit zones cutting off several adjacent streets to visitors after 6pm. A party bus running a Distillery District loop handles the geography perfectly — the walkable distance between venues means your group can cover three or four stops in an evening without anyone moving a car between each one.
The bus stages nearby between stops and picks the group up at the last venue of the night. Weekends in October during Keeneland's fall meet are peak demand — book those dates well ahead.

Woodford Reserve Distillery
Woodford Reserve Distillery (7855 McCracken Pike, Versailles, KY 40383) sits about 25 minutes west of Lexington on US-60 through Versailles — a genuine Kentucky back-roads drive past horse farms and stone fences that is beautiful and completely impractical for a group trying to coordinate their own transportation. The distillery offers tours (around $35 per person) and tastings by reservation, and the gift shop and tasting room have limited space, so large groups typically split into wave reservations. McCracken Pike approaching the distillery is a two-lane rural road, and rideshare at closing time can be a 45-minute wait from that address.
A charter bus or Sprinter van rounds everyone up from Lexington, keeps the group together through the tour, and handles the return drive without anyone calculating whether they're okay to drive home. Reservations at Woodford fill quickly on Keeneland race weekends — book the bus and the tour at the same time. See the official Woodford Reserve distillery page for tour availability.
